1. Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes. We receive clients by appointment only to ensure each project gets the necessary time and attention. This initial meeting allows us to understand your desires, answer your questions, and study your project in the best possible conditions.

2. How long does it take to make a custom piece of jewelry?

On average, between 4 and 8 weeks. The timeframe depends on the complexity of the project, the availability of stones, and the time of year.

Good to know
If your jewelry is intended for a marriage proposal, wedding, or anniversary, it is best to make an appointment several weeks in advance.

3. How much does custom jewelry cost?

Each creation is unique. Its price depends on the model, the chosen metal, the stones, and the manufacturing time. A detailed quote is provided before any work begins.

During the first appointment, we define a project together that suits your desires and your budget.

4. Can old jewelry, gold, and stones be recycled?

In most cases, yes. We can reuse the gold and stones from your old jewelry after checking their condition and characteristics.

Good to know
Bring all the jewelry you wish to show us, even those you don't think you'll reuse. They may offer possibilities you hadn't considered.

5. What types of jewelry do you make?

We primarily create engagement rings, wedding bands, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and signet rings in 18-carat gold. We also transform family jewelry and perform certain repairs and restorations.

6. Can I come with an idea or a drawing?

Of course. A photo, a sketch, an inspiration, or even a simple idea is enough to start a project. We then design your jewelry together.

Please note
Images that inspire you are often an excellent starting point, even if they are very different from each other.

7. Do you make custom engagement rings?

Yes, it is one of the workshop's specialties. Each ring is imagined and crafted according to your desires, stone choice, metal, and budget.

Good to know
A custom-made ring requires several weeks of manufacturing. It's better to plan ahead if you have a specific date in mind.

8. Can family jewelry be transformed?

In most cases, yes. An old piece of jewelry can often be transformed into a more contemporary creation while retaining its history and sentimental value.

Please note
Each transformation is studied individually to respect the technical possibilities of the original piece of jewelry.

9. How does a first appointment unfold?

The first appointment is primarily a time for discussion. We talk about your project, your desires, your budget, and your inspirations. I advise you on materials, stones, and different possibilities before providing a quote.

Good to know
It's not necessary to arrive with a perfectly defined idea. A desire or a few inspirations are often enough to get started.

10. Do you only work with 18-carat gold?

I primarily work with 18-carat gold, known in jewelry for its beauty, durability, and quality. Depending on your project, other precious metals may also be considered.

The choice of metal depends as much on your tastes as on your lifestyle and how you will use your jewelry.

11. How many appointments are necessary?

Most projects require one to two appointments. The first allows us to define your project and provide a quote. The next is for the delivery of the piece.

12. Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 60% deposit is required upon quote approval to begin manufacturing your jewelry. The balance is paid upon delivery of your creation.

The deposit allows us to reserve the precious metals and stones selected for your project.

13. Can I modify my project during the process?

Yes, as long as manufacturing has not started. Once certain steps are underway, modifications may no longer be possible or could lead to a revision of the quote.

We always take the time to validate every detail together before beginning manufacturing.

14. Can I provide my own gemstone?

Yes, under certain conditions. We can work with a stone you own after verifying its condition, dimensions, and compatibility with your project.

Good to know
Examining your stone helps determine manufacturing possibilities and the most suitable setting type.

15. How do you choose the stones?

Each stone is selected based on your project. Beyond its quality, I place great importance on its color, proportions, and the harmony it will create with your future piece of jewelry.
